America's police departments are not amused or supportive of the Democratic party's increasingly anti-police rhetoric.
Ever since the death of George Floyd, more and more left wing radicals have called to defund the police.
In rare instances, they have even called for abolishing the police.
Now, over 100+ police agencies have officially withdrawn security contracts for the Democratic National Convention.
Over 1,000 officers were scheduled to provide security for the event.
Ever since the revelation that so many agencies are withdrawing, it is unclear if there will be enough security.
Due to COVID-19, in-person attendees will be limited.
However, the withdrawal of police is apparently linked to the party's policies on tear gas, not the pandemic.
