President Trump Donates Second-Quarter Salary To Combat Opioid Crisis

President Trump is just what this country needs.

He may have a tough exterior, but inside, he is fully dedicated to America and its people.

Famously, Trump has pledged that he will not accept any of the 400K per year salary that comes with being a president.

Instead, Trump has decided to donate all the money he is granted as part of his presidency, and this quarter, it’s all going to the Surgeon General to be used to fight the opioid epidemic – a killer responsible for thousands of deaths of Americans each year.

“The President recognizes the important mission of the Surgeon General to protect and improve the health of all Americans, including helping to tackle the opioid epidemic and raise awareness of the dangers of e-cigarette usage among teenagers and children,” said the White House in the offical statement announcing the donation.
